we finally did it!
We finally updated the website! We mean, we finally got married, and got our act together and got the pictures online. So come on in and check things out!
thank you, thank you, thank you...
We can never thank you enough! Those of you that traveled far (FAR!) and wide, from around the world and across the street - thank you for all the time and effort you spent coming to share in our celebration with us. Thanks to those of you who spent countless hours endlessly perfecting details from buttons to grommets to beads to bows. Thanks to our families with whom we never would have been able to make this happen. And thanks to all of you who may not have been able to attend the event, but shared your support with us through cards and gifts. You have all been very generous with your love and kindness - we'll never forget the beautiful day we shared with you all!
so then what happened?
We did indeed sneak away for a couple days after the events of the weekend to a little hideaway in Saugatuck/Douglas, Michigan, called The
Rosemont Inn. It was beautiful! We spent time at the beach, on horseback, at a local winery, on a bike tour, in the spa, in the pool, and yes, we managed to fit (a few!) fabulous meals in there, too. (Did we mention this was only a 2 day trip!?!?) We can't show you ALL the pictures, but thought this might whet your appetite...
